Showcase 2025 General Info
-Dress rehearsal and Shows at: Marjorie Luke Theater: 721 E Cota St, Santa Barbara 93103
-All dancers should have a neat, secure low bun for the entirety of the show. Pins, hairspray, and hairnets are required.
-Costume and tights information in your email and on the spreadsheet attachment. Also attached below. (will be posted soon)
-No eating in costume, no gum at the theatre, and all students must be on their best behavior at all times backstage.
-All costumes will be sent home after spring break, they are yours to keep after the show. You are responsible for bringing all costumes to and from the theater
-All dancers must check in upon arrival to the theatre and be signed out when they are picked up
-More information about drop off and pickup coming soon!

Junior Show: At the Movies Schedule
Tuesday 6/2- Junior In-Studio Run Through
4:00-6:00 (No Pre-K)
meet in studio A
Friday 6/5- Junior Rehearsal
4:30pm Parent volunteers arrive
5:00pm JR Show Students arrive at Marjorie Luke Theater in their first costume with hair and makeup done (must check in)
5:30pm Dress rehearsal begins
Pre-K students picked up at 6:15pm (must check out)
All other students picked up at 7:00pm (must check out)
Saturday 6/6 | 2:00pm- Junior Show
1:00 Parent volunteers arrive
1:30pm Jr show students arrive at Marjorie Luke Theater (must check in)
JR Show Students arrive at Marjorie Luke Theater in their first costume with hair and makeup done (must check in)
2:00pm Show begins
Senior Show: Alice in Wonderland Schedule
Monday 6/1- In Studio Run Through
4:00-5:00- Dancers in Second Half run through
5:00-7:00- Alice in Wonderland run through
MEET IN STUDIO A
Thursday 6/4- Senior Rehearsal
4:00 Parent volunteers arrive
4:30-5:15 Ballet levels 4-7 only- arrive at the theater for warm up
5:00pm All other students arrive (hair and makeup must already be done)
5:15-6:15 spacing on stage (hair and makeup should be done before they arrive at the theater)
6:30-8:30pm Run SR Show full dress rehearsal
*parents should plan to pick up at 8:30, we may be done slightly earlier or later
Saturday 6/6- Senior Show
5:00pm Sr show levels 4-7 Warm up onstage (arrive with hair and makeup done)
5:15pm Parent volunteers arrive
5:30pm all other students arrive (arrive with hair and makeup done)
6:00pm Show begins
