CSD IMPORTANT Policies
Tuition
A non-refundable registration fee of 35$ per family is due at the time of registration.
Tuition is due on the first of each month. A 30$ late fee will be applied to any tuition not paid by the 5th of each month. Tuition is averaged for the entire season (10 months) and you are responsible for tuition for the entirety of each semester- Fall Semester= 4 months, Spring Semester= 6 months. Once you are registered for a class you are committed for the semester (there is no dropping mid-semester except for pre-k or primary students with 30 days notice, costume fees are non-refundable). This helps with curriculum and performances! You will automatically be re-enrolled for Spring Semester in December unless you note otherwise, we will send a reminder email in December. You can pay with monthly payments or you can pay up front for the entire semester. Tuition does not include costume fees (Fall Semester there is no costume fee for the show as costumes will be provided as a rental by the studio, Spring Semester costume fees are 80$ per performing class, if the class meets 2x per week it will only have 1 costume, these costumes are yours to keep after the show).
Payments can be made online through our parent portal (we highly recommend autopay so that you can avoid late fees) or by cash, check or card at the front desk. You may also pre-pay for the entire semester if this is an easier option for you!
Attendance
Attendance is integral to the growth and safety of the dancer. We hope each student is eager to come to every class! Please email info@csdperformingarts.com if your student needs to miss class for any reason.
For their safety, students must be dropped off at the studio at their proper class time and picked up at the time their class ends. Students are not allowed to leave the studio for any reason once their class time begins. No visitors allowed without specific permission from CSD.
Hair and Dress Code Policy
All students must adhere to the dress code or they may be asked to sit out of class. This is for the safety of students and cleanliness of the space. Please see dress code page for more details.
